Service Times Monday - Sunday 9am - 10 pm (Including bank holidays)

Advance Booking - We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure your preferred time and service is available. Please note that some of the treatments listed in this website or brochure may not be available in your area.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations or no shows within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.

Gift Cards - The gift cards are available in monetary values and are beautifully presented so treat someone you love to a truly relaxing experience please call for made order.

Health Conditions - If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnant or have any other medical complications, may we advise you to consult your doctor before booking any spa services.

Nikki Berry Boutique - To continue your spa regime at home, all Spa products used in the treatments are available from the Nikki Berry Boutique on departure please call for made order.

Smoking and Alcohol - Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa are prohibited.

Valuables - A secure box for valuables is provided in the treatment rooms, but we recommend that no jewelries be worn at the Studio. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa Studio premises.

Cancellation Policy - A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges will be imposed for a "no-show".

Refund Policy - Treatment packages and Workshop courses are non-refundable, non-transferable or non-exchangeable.

Payment - We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are subject to a service charge and applicable government tax. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Etiquette - To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of Sawaddee Thai Spa, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum. Cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged.

Check In - Please check-in at the spa reception at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment time.
