Today the poultices are still used to alleviate pain or inflammation (especially good post partum) by opening the pores and bringing a medicinal heat to the muscles to induce relaxation.

Traditional Thai herbal Body Compress has been used as an ancient healing system for massage of chronic problems for many centuries in Thailand.

Steam the Traditional Thai Herbal Body Compress for approximately 20 minutes.
Leaving the Traditional Thai Herbal Body Compress in steamer, tap your wet fingers for the second time lightly over the body for improving blood circulation and muscle relaxation.
Apply short & firm presses to massage and place it on acupressure parts of your body to relieve sore muscles, stimulate circulation, as well as to increase energy flow that is vital for health.
When the Traditional Thai Herbal Body Compress begins to cool, but while still warm, apply in a deep rub to aching areas of the body or as desired. Once cooled repeat procedure with the second compress.
After use, allow the sachet to cool down totally before storing in a cool dry place. This will allow it to be used for several more treatments.
